Reliance Infra Sold Reliance Center Worth Rs 1,200 crore in Mumbai to Yes Bank
They hit a 52-week high of Rs. 44.70 and a 52-week low of Rs. 9.75 respectively on July 3, 2020.
On April 1, after the company sold Reliance Center in Mumbai city, the share price of Reliance Infrastructure to YES Bank for consideration was over 9 percent intraday.
The business said in a press release to the exchanges: ‘Reliance Infrastructure and YES Bank have reported selling transactions to YES Bank from Reliance Centre, Santacruz, Mumbai.’
Full sales proceeds shall be used to repay YES Bank’s debt, Reliance Infrastructure said.
At 11:21 a.m., Rs 37.90, Rs 2.85, 8.13 percent, and Yes Bank quoted Rs 15.55, Rs 0.05, or 0.32 percent, in relation to the BSE system.
On 3 June 2020 and 31 March 2020, Reliance Infrastructure affected Rs 44.70 for 52 weeks and Rs 9.75 Rs 52 weeks.
