Available to use, this program does not require previous exercise or culinary knowledge, only the determination to move on, even though it is challenging. We believe in you, we just need to trust you!

What is it?

A 12-week guide to help people lose weight for themselves is the NHS weight loss plan. The program lets you monitor your exercise, diet and weight loss as part of policy efforts to combat obesity and make people walk to drive. You can choose from the document or from printable PDFs that you can use.

The weight loss program app for iPhone and Ios can be downloaded free of charge.

Is the program for weight loss free of charge?

Yeah, 100%. This program is designed to make weight loss available to all, which ensures you won’t have to spend a penny to track your accomplishments.

What to expect?

There are a number of features in the weight loss plan designed to help you on your 12-week journey from learning to make healthier food choices, to track your activity and progress as well as exercise plans to help you lose weight.

The diet is easy to execute and ‘needs to help you lose weight with an average calorie intake of 0.5 kg to 1 kg (1 lb to 2 lb) a week.’

Classified in weeks and days, all targets must be met. You are asked to report every day the overall calorie consumption, how many minutes you have been exercised, and how five servings of fruit and veg have been consumed during the day.

The average calorie recommendations differ, but the NHS Recommendations specifies that 1400 kcal average will be eaten by women and 1900 kcal daily by people.

Daily a week, once at the start of the week and once afterwards, you must weigh in daily. You will also be asked to report the tape number.
