2. Eat food that is high in iron

Green leafy plants, including kale and broccoli, fruits like apples, legumes and lean proteins such as eggs, poultry and fish are essential sources of iron-rich food.
3. Sleep comfortably on your hand
When they are sleeping on their side, most people breathe better than any other place. The explanation for this is surprisingly simple: gravity.
