How to Create and install a Facebook Pixel?

We will discuss how to create and install a pixel on your website in this article. To learn more about the pixel before starting, look at the advantages of Facebook pixel installation.

If you’ve already created a pixel and want to locate your basic pixel code, skip the Facebook pixel to Section 2. Follow the instructions for adding pixel code to the website manually.

What is the Facebook pixel?

The Facebook pixel is an analytical tool for measuring your advertising effectiveness by understanding the actions of your website.

You can use Pixel for the following:

  • Make sure your ads are displayed to the right people. Find new clients or people who have visited or taken action on a specific page on your website.
  • Drive more sales. Create automatic tenders to reach people who are more likely to take action like purchasing.
  • Measure your ad results. Better understand your ads’ effect by measuring what happens when people see it.

The pixel will be fired when someone takes action on your website after you have set the Facebook pixel. Examples of actions include the addition or purchase of an item to your shopping basket. The pixel will receive these actions or events that you can view in the Events Manager on your Facebook pixel page. From there, you can see what your customers are doing. You can also reach these customers again via future Facebook ads.

Before you begin

  • You need a website for your business.
